Fairview Park, OH – The Reserves Network, a regional staffing service for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets, has announced several senior management promotions.

Amy Gerrity has been promoted from Executive Vice President of The Reserves Network to President. This promotion comes at the same time that Don Stallard relinquishes himself of the role of President, but remains as Chief Executive Officer. Amy joined the company prior to its founding in 1984, and has previously held the positions of Area Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations and New Business Ventures. In her new role she will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company as well as the development and fulfillment of the company’s strategic goals.

Coinciding with Amy Gerrity’s promotion to the presidency of The Reserves Network, the company also announced that Neil Stallard will be assuming the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Neil began his career with the company in a full-time capacity in 1991. Positions Neil has held include Facilities Manager, Director of Quality Management, Manager of MIS, Professional Recruiter and most recently Vice President. In Neil’s new role he will be responsible for all day-to-day operational activities of the company's branch offices and its information technology division, The FocIS Group.
