| The Reserves Network Acquires Staffing Resources
July 21, 2007
Fairview Park, OH — The Reserves Network, a multi-state staffing service for the
office, industrial, professional and technical markets, has acquired Chicago-based
Staffing Resources.
Founded in 1993, Staffing Resources has four Chicago-area locations in Addision,
Bridgeview, Joliet and Matteson. The company will maintain the Staffing Resources
name during the transition period, and its internal employees will remain with the
company.
This marks the fourth acquisition The Reserves Network has made in the last year, and the second staffing firm they have acquired in Illinois. In September, the company purchased Duro Staffing with offices in LaSalle, Morris and Streator, Illinois.
"The acquisition of Staffing Resources definitely strengthens our presence in the state of Illinois by adding to our three existing offices there," says Don Stallard, CEO of The Reserves Network. "By building our network of locations in Illinois it also expands our regional visibility throughout the Midwest adding to our Ohio and Indiana offices."
As a result of the acquisition, The Reserves Network plans to place more than 5,000
temporary employees over the next 12 months in various positions throughout the
Greater Chicago area.
