On-Site Advantage Program

The Reserves Network’s On-Site Advantage Program allows us to develop “a partnership that works” for our customers in meeting their staffing needs.

Features of On-Site Advantage

  • Perform all necessary performance management to ensure stability and productivity.
  • Prompt response to supervisor and employee issues and/or needs.
  • Daily interaction with supervisors to develop a hands-on understanding of what their business needs are and what skill sets are needed in a new employee.
  • Develop relationships and trust with employees to reduce turnover.
  • Conduct all necessary orientation and safety training to all new assignees.
  • Participate in client safety meetings, worker’s comp meetings and training meetings.
  • Tours of plant when interviewing – employees then have an idea what the jobs entail and helps reduce turnover.
  • Increased on-site recruitment activity.
  • Better understanding of client’s policies and procedures that can be passed on to our employees.
  • Overall awareness of client concerns increases with an office housed at customer.
  • Manage payroll for all temporary employees.
